Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the responsibility of the corporate entity to incorporate environmental, social and human development concerns into its planning and actions to ensure that its operations are ethical and beneficial for society.

We at Aroma Organics Limited believe in sustainable growth and development. We intend to take up activities for the benefit and the betterment of the society. We believe we, as an organization can make small efforts in the society by working towards the development and upliftment of the underprivileged in our society. We can administer our efforts to support the society by contributing towards education,welfare etc.

Objectives:

The objective of the CSR Policy is to:
● To comply with provisions of Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Rules, 2014
● To set guidelines for the smooth functioning CSR activities.
● To provide support and assistance in choosing a CSR Program Projects From the Schedule VII to the Companies Act, 2013.
● Ensuring proper planning, execution and monitoring of CSR initiatives
● Setting policy criteria for partner agencies
● To set clarity on surpluses from CSR projects and how it shall be managed

Project Vahini :

Palghar is an Adivasi dominated area. It has many Ashramshalas. Many students travel by foot from faraway places. The project met with our core focus on education and welfare of the society So, this project was selected to support these students by contributing cycles so that they can utilize time saved correctly in their studies. The request was received by the rotary club of chembur, our implementing agency. We contributed close to 100 cycles to these students. The time saved is now correctly being utilized in their studies.

Project Vidhya

Project Vidhya is an ongoing project for 3 years. The project was initiated for the academic year 2022-23 ; 2023-24 & 2024-25.

PMNRF:

Unutilized amount had been transferred to PMNRF

The request had come from I.P Memorial school, West Bengal for assisting the academic needs of students. We as a part of our CSR Project selected 5 Students for the Project. The Book fees and school fees are being paid through this project for 3 academic years 2022-23 ; 2023-24 & 2024-25.

Project Vidhya is an ongoing project for 3 years. The project was initiated for the academic year 2022-23 ; 2023-24 & 2024-25. For the Academic Year 2023-24, the Book fees and school fees for the selected 5 students under the ongoing project Vidhya has been paid

Laparoscopy Facility at PKC Hospital at Vashi Navi Mumbai:

PKC Hospital is NABH Pre Accredited 59 bedded hospital, well equipped with state of the art modern equipment and eminent consultants in the field of all Specialties and Super Specialties who are empaneled to provide effective and efficient healthcare services Over the years the hospital has grown through internal resources and donations received from its members. To meet the growing requirements for treatment of surgical patients, the Hospital had requested to help with purchase of a Laparoscopic Facility. This set can support general surgery, gynecology, Bariatric Surgery, Urology, Nephrology, Arthroscopic etc.
The project was undertaken with the intention to help economically Weaker sections and Indigent Patients, for whom the hospital shall provide free service and for others it will be charged reasonably. .
